Shipping Policy
All of your orders will be nicely wrapped in tissue paper and stored inside of a jewelry pouch to ensure it stays safe during shipment. We want you to be happy with the whole process from payment to delivery!
All orders will ship with a standard delivery courier such as Canada Post. For an extra charge you can have your order shipped at a faster rate. See checkout options. After an order has been placed expect to recieve your purchase within 10 business days.
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, or if your dissatisfied with a product, don't worry! You can return the jewelry item for a full refund within 5 business days of receiving your purchase. Just contact customer service and send back your items. However return shipment cost will not be refunded. If it has been past the 5 business day mark you will have store credit to pick out another item you love. Just contact customer service and return your jewelry order to us in order to purchase a new product.
